The award, which is given to organizations responsible for an engineering achievement that demonstrates outstanding engineering skills which has made a significant contribution to the engineering progress and the quality of life in ASEAN. MITInc won the award through its innovative Digital Project Management program during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. MITInc, through one of the projects of its sister company ESCA Inc., employed digital project management to minimize the physical presence of its engineers at the site and lessen the risk of contracting the disease.
MITInc maximized the use of digital tools and gadgets during the pandemic in conducting meetings, inspections, design approvals, among other.
