ESCA Knowledge Academy Chairman & CEO Dr. Ernesto de Castro was one of the speakers during the 45th PICE National Convention and Technical Seminars at the SMX Convention Center last October 30, 2019.
Dr. de Castro talked about the topic on Sustainable Development in Infrastructure under the Environmental and Energy Engineering Sessions Track wherein he discussed BIM and CDE.
The three-day event with the theme Competency Advancement in the 4th Industrial Revolution (CE 4.0), included an exhibition and was attended by public and private Civil Engineers in the country.
