Fresh Graduates of BIM 102 Architectural Modeller received their Autodesk Certifications and ESCA Knowledge Academy Certification of Completion after 5 days of intensive and yet fulfilling BIM Course Intake Oct. 02 to 06, 2017.

Though this is the smallest batch we had handled since we started.
The 1st intake of BIM for Architects. A very fine and intelligent batch…. 2 are from a respected Contractor in Cebu. 1 from our Sister Company ESCA Inc. a Project Manager and 2 from the field of Design Firm, owners.
A mixed of D/PM/C or Designer – Project Management – Contractor, hand in hand doing a collaborations and coordination in building information for architectural model working with a given Structural model and a set of 2D Archl plans.
They started learning how to BIM a Project using Revit 2017 as a tool, modelling a 12 storey mixed used commercial building taken from the previous projects handled by ESCA Inc.
Mixed Discussion and Actual modelling using our industrial-based projects and instructional materials.
While modelling the project, The students have been taught how to handle design conflicts and issues for clarifications.
After modelling project; The students had been taught how to extract Bill of Quantities , Door and Window schedules and material take-off in just a minute.
A 4-Hour Assessment for Proficiency (Base on Industrial Level) had been given to students for free. An additional certificate of Proficiency will be given to students who will pass the assessment.

Our students successfully completed the course leaving our training room with a big smile and an inspiration that they are now doing something to upgrade their skills and knowledge.
